The Advantages of Steel Framed Buildings

Because steel is non combustible, it is completely immune to fire, and is more resistant to the effects of severe hurricanes and tornados. It’s also a well known fact that steel framed buildings are less likely to suffer damage from lightning strikes due to superior earthing characteristics of steel.
