People have become more passive with the onset of economic development. This is a culture that has been passed on to the generation that is upcoming.
It is becoming very common to see fat girls who are very big. Many fat ladies have developed problems as a result of being overweight. For example, there are hosts of medical complication that will be brought about by excess fat. I’m talking of cardiac problems, diabetes, hypertension and so many others. Apart from this, fat girls will suffer from psychological problems and these are problems with self esteem and others. When you are overweight, you will often see yourself as unattractive. You will always find someone to compare yourself with and this can prove to be very stressful. Society has also not been very kind to people who are big. For this reason, the problem has been made worse. However, it is vital to raise above all the challenges an face the problem head on. Being fat should not leave you depressed but is should inspire you to get in shape.
